Times & Seasons is dedicated to continuous improvement in its singers’ voices and vocal technique and, to this end, occasionally holds workshops with professional choral coaches. Our most recent guest was the singer, conductor and composer Bob Chilcot, of King’s Singers and BBC Singers fame. In spite of all our hard work in striving after excellence and tackling ever more demanding pieces, we feel we are still a very relaxed and friendly group of people!

There are occasionally vacancies for competent and enthusiastic singers. Formal auditions are not held: the Conductor feels that neither he nor the auditionee give of their best! Tuneful singing and the ability to blend with the rest of the choir are the most important attributes. There is a probationary period of three months, which may be terminated by either side.

Weekly rehearsals take place at 8.15 pm every Thursday at St. Nicholas’ Church, Ingrave - anyone interested in joining us is welcome to come and observe!
